Prohibited Items G box/Penanshin do not accept the following prohibited items.

Common items:

• Firearms, Toy gun, Medicine, Rice, Tobacco/Cigarettes, Liquor/Wine, Flammable liquids, CD, DVD
• Cash, currency, negotiable instruments
• Bills of Exchange
• Money (paper and coins)
• Negotiable instruments (stocks, bonds, cash letters and other negotiable instruments equivalent to cash) * Commercial Quantities - items numbering more than twelve(12) piece count
• Alcoholic beverages
• Tobacco
• Pornography or any pornographic materials
• Firearms, ammunition, and war materials
• Switchblade and flick knives
• Dangerous and hazardous goods - Dangerous goods are articles or substances which are capable of posing a significant risk to health, safety or to property such as but not limited to:
• Explosives
• Gas
• Flammable Liquids
• Flammable Solids
• Radioactive Material
• Corrosives
• Articles of Extraordinary Value or Valuable Cargo such as:-
• Airline ticket stock
• Artwork
• Archaeological artifacts
• Articles of antiquity and antiques
• Bank cards and/or credit cards
• China, crystal, porcelain
• Coins (collectable)
• Deeds
• Furs (finished/unfinished, including pelts)
• Fur clothing and fur-trimmed clothing
• Gems (cut or uncut)
• Glass/mirrors (cast, figured, framed, rolled)
• Jewelry (other than costume)
• Non-Negotiable Bonds/bond coupons
• Non-Negotiable Securities
• Non-Negotiable Shares/share coupons
• Pearls (including cultured)
• Precious metals: Gold, silver, platinum, palladium, iridium, ruthenium, osmium, rhodium whether coined/uncoined, refined/unrefined, in any form including bullion, dore, casting, cyanide, sulfide-treated, dust, concentrate, foil, wire, sheet, tube, ingot, grain, powder, rod, sponge, gauze, etc.
• Promissory Notes
• Stamps (including collectable, postage, revenue, food
• Traveler's checks
• Watches made of precious metal and/or gems
• Live animals and insects
• Animal carcasses
• Human corpses, human body parts, human embryos, or cremated or disinterred human remains
• Articles or products from animals or plants protected under CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora)
• Lottery tickets and gambling devices where prohibited by law
• Waste or garbage for disposal
• Hazardous waste, including, but not limited to, used hypodermic needles or syringes, or other medical waste
• Packages that are wet, leaking or emit an odor of any kind
• Liquids such as but not limited to cooking oil, detergent, etc.
• Shipments or commodities that are prohibited by any law, statute or regulation
• Shipments that require us to obtain a local, state, provincial or federal license for their transportation
• Shipments that may cause damage or delay to equipment, personnel or other shipments
• Wooden crates

G box/Penanshin will not be liable for delay of, loss of or damage to a shipment of any prohibited item. The shipper agrees to indemnify G box/Penanshin for any and all costs, fees and expenses, G Box/Penanshin incurs as a result of the shipper's violation of any local, state or federal laws or regulations or from tendering any prohibited item for shipment.

1. Goods herein are described as personal effects (used), without commercial value and not for sale. These may consist of old/new items but not to be exceeded 12 pieces per kind, otherwise, shipment would be assessed as commercial goods, therefore, TAXABLE.
2. Incomplete and incorrect address may cause delay of delivery to destination.
3. Expanded boxes (overpacked/bulky) will not be accepted, otherwise, additional fee will be charged based on inch or oddsized calculation.
4. Our company and partners , G box, will not be responsible for loss or damaged for any high value items such as jewelries, laptop, handphones, branded goods, etc.
5. Please do not pack fragile and breakable items such as glass, mirrors, bottles, etc, we can’t be responsible for breakage due to insufficient packing.
6. For shipment of Electronic items such as TV, speaker, rice cooker, refrigerator, etc., it will be purely based on “Shipper’s Own Risk” or “Ship at your own risk” basis. Our company will not be responsible for any malfunction, breakage, damage, neither,We will not be responsible for the internal quality, quantity and condition of the cargo.
7. Estimated time of Delivery are ESTIMATES only. Delays may happened due to port congestion, worse traffic conditions, bad weather conditions, flooding, road blockings, rebel situations, or any other unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
8. Our limitation or maximum liability per box as follows:- (Example only) King/Usd 300.00/box; Jumbo - Usd 200.00/box ; Junior - Usd 100/box
9. Please refer to Prohibited items indicated in the GBox Application as specified by the Bureau of Customs. As Gava is not liable for delay of, loss of or damage to a shipment of any prohibited item. The shipper agrees to indemnify Gava for any and all costs, fees and expenses Gava incurs as a result of the shipper's violation of any local, state or federal laws or regulations or from tendering any prohibited item for shipment.
